Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

You can reach us through the Contact page on our website or by email at shamisen.fi@gmail.com.

Please include your order number, name, and contact details, and we will assist you with the cancellation process.

If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it immediately.

If the order has already been shipped, it will be treated as a return (see below).

Returns

If you wish to return a product for reasons other than a defect or error on our part, you may do so within 14 days of receiving the item.

Please contact us first before sending back the product.

The product must be in its original, unused condition and include all packaging and accessories.
The return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund for the product price (excluding shipping costs).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return to ensure safe delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately at shamisen.fi@gmail.com with your order details and a description or photo of the issue.

We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
